Where It All Started

We're a small-batch hot sauce company based in Winchester, Kentucky, built on a simple belief: simple is better. We oven-roast our ingredients, slow-simmer our flavors, and refuse to cut corners — because great sauce takes time, and so does a great story.

That story starts with a dad. Our founder's father — lovingly nicknamed Oompah by his grandchildren — was the kind of man who made everything better just by being in the room. He passed away in 2020, just before Grumpy Dad Sauce Company made its first commercial run. He never got to see the bottles on the shelf, but his spirit is in every single one of them. Oompah's Favorite Hot Mustard is our tribute to him — and a reminder of why we do what we do.

Our product names say it all: LITTLE BROTHER, Moody Teenager 2.0, BACK TALK, Tantrum Super Hot. We're a family brand — messy, loud, opinionated, and full of love. Our sauces have personality because the people who make them do too.

How We Make It

We keep it simple, because that's how the best things are made. Our process:
